What I've done in the past was, say I'd buy in for $200, I'd place $25 on the pass line, then when they'd roll the 4-10, I'd put $10 on 4,5,6,8,9,10. I'm a fan of the Wizard of Odds site and recently bought 'Gambling 102'.
I've rarely played Craps, but always interested in learning and I can't find an answer on this, and if someone can translate to what I'm talking about in craps terms I'd appreciate it.
